  • What kind of file should i send you?

    We require either a PDF or JPG file for each design. There is a one-time fee for new designs, but subsequent uses of the same design don't incur this charge.

  • What's the turnaround time?

    The turnaround time varies depending on the order quantity and design complexity. We recommend contacting us directly for a more accurate estimate based on your specific needs.
  • Do you offer a bulk discount?

    We do provide quantity-based discounts. The discount percentage is determined by the size of your order.
